What purpose would it gain you to tell your husband these things unless you are trying to hurt him deeply. Are you trying to get back at him for some reason? You said that he does not please you sexually, have you tried talking to him about this? Did you suggest or tell him what you wanted? Did you give him a chance to prove to you that he could make you happy? I don't think you did.
Whatever you tell him is going to hurt. You have caused a big problem in your life and you really don't know how he is going to handle this information. It just depends on the man.
Try telling him that you want a divorce and that you have started the proceedings. Tell him that you are moving out asap and do so. As for the assets, dear you may be out of luck when he finds out that you are pregnant. You should have thought things out and used your head with intelligence instead of being selfish.
